HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer different shipping options that are calculated by weight and location. To see the shipping rates for your location add a product to the cart and you will see the shipping rates available for your location.
If you don't see any shipping rates for you location or would like to have tracked shipping that's not in the list, feel free to Contact us and we can look into available options.
FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 CAD or more for Canada (after applicable discounts, before taxes and shipping). Shipping costs will be automatically deducted at checkout from all eligible orders, after applicable discounts and before taxes.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
To keep the shipping cost as low as possible we offer options with and without tracking. Orders that are shipped by lettermail (to any country) cannot be tracked as they don't have a tracking number.
If you paid for a tracked package your shipping confirmation email will have a link to track the package, otherwise not.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, typically within 1-3 business days after ordering. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
Note that it may take a few days for tracking to update as the order is marked as shipped as soon as it has been packed. There may be a delay of a couple of days until the courier picks it up.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Note that the processing time is added on top of the shipping time and that orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
In some cases orders can take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
These estimates are for lettermail. We offer different options for packages depending on location.
Canada:
Quebec: 2-6 business days
Ontario: 4-8 business days
Other provinces: 5-10 business days
International:
1-5 weeks

Orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you don't see any shipping rates for you location or would like to have tracked shipping that's not in the list, feel free to Contact us and we can look into available options.
At this time we do not ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTY FEES OUTSIDE CANADA?
International customers (outside of Canada) are responsible for any duty or tariff fees, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
As an International consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be disposed by the carrier and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
