Shipping

We offer different shipping options that are calculated by weight and location. To see the shipping rates for your location add a product to the cart and you will see the shipping rates available for your location.

If you don't see any shipping rates for you location or would like to have tracked shipping that's not in the list, feel free to Contact us and we can look into available options.

FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 CAD or more for Canada and US / $120 CAD or more for International (after applicable discounts, before taxes and shipping). Shipping costs will be automatically deducted at checkout from all eligible orders, after applicable discounts and before taxes.

To keep the shipping cost as low as possible we offer options with and without tracking. Orders that are shipped by lettermail (to any country) or Canada Post Small packet (International orders) cannot be tracked as they don't have a tracking number.

If you paid for a tracked package your shipping confirmation email will have a link to track the package, otherwise not.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, typically within 1-3 business days after ordering.  If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Note that the processing time is added on top of the shipping time and that orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

In some cases orders can take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

These estimates are for lettermail. We offer different options for packages depending on location. The estimates for each option are shown at checkout and you will also see them on your receipt after purchase.

Canada:
Quebec: 2-6 business days
Ontario: 4-8 business days
Other provinces: 5-10 business days

United States:
6-15 business days

International:
6-21 business days

Yes, but it is strongly recommended paying for a tracked package when shipping to a mail forwarding service. When a package has been delivered to a mail forwarding service Pimp My Diabetes is not responsible for missing items or delivery issues after the package has been delivered to the mail forwarding service.

International customers (outside of Canada and US) are responsible for any duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

As an International consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. For more details please see the Refund policy.
