*Disclaimer: The Dexcom G7 UnderPatch is designed to be paired with the full size Dexcom G7 tapes. If paired with the Dexcom G7 mini or Dexcom G7 fun shaped tapes, the device may not stay on the full wear time.

We ship worldwide! We offer a few different shipping options that are calculated by weight and location. To see the shipping rates for your location add a product to the cart and you will see the shipping rates available for your location.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Note that the processing time is added on top of the shipping time and that orders are shipped Monday-Friday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, typically within 1-3 business days after ordering. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

Finally i had to remove the underpatch and then finally sensor worked. It is poor quality tape you have sent and i regret ordering 10 of these tapes and wasting my money on these as well as loosing money on 2 sensors. I demand compensation and refund of my $180 for sensors and refhnd for my tapes. Hope to hear back from you soon. Thanks"
