Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Note that the processing time is added on top of the shipping time and that orders are shipped Monday-Friday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, typically within 1-3 business days after ordering.  If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

"Not Cut Correctly And No Reply Back"

"was so excited to receive the two stickers that I ordered to cover my Tandem X2 insulin pump.
When it arrived, I excitedly opened up the package so I could put of the two stickers on the pump. But when I looked at the stickers in the package, I realized that it wasn’t even cut exactly to fit my insulin pump correctly and the rectangle that is supposed to allow the “ T” to show so you get back to the home screen, is a mere slit as if they didn’t finish cutting out that portion.
The next day, I sent an email to customer service saying that I believe they may have sent me stickers to fit a different pump and I told them why.
It has been three weeks and I have yet to hear back from them. So here I am with two purchases from them for my pump that I cannot even use, nor can I return for a refund because the company has yet to respond to my email."

I'm sorry to hear about the sticker. Did you send the email through the contact form or directly to info@pimpmydiabetes.com ? I don't see any previous emails from you so not what happened. I will gladly send you a new sticker.

Did the hole for the 'T' not come off from the sticker paper or was it not properly cut? It is supposed to be cut out and be easy to separate from the sticker.
