They were advertised as much better sticking. The first one I tried came off 7 days in.

"These patches are great! They are super sticky and stay in place. I tried different ones, and they fell off within an hour. These are a great find! They did irritate my skin when I took them off, but that happens with most adhesive products for me."

"I swim 3 times a week for 1 hour. It helps me to hold my sensor in place. I use 1 or 2 with every sensor. I have used various brands and it is the best, in my opinion."

"I bought the 20 pack of tan patches and in the 2 weeks that my sensor was on I went through 5 patches. I was under the impression they would last a little longer than a few days. If you want something that is going to last I wouldn't buy these. Next time I will buy a few boxes of large band aids as they last just as long as these but cost a lot less."
