Canada Post strike
On November 15 Canada Post announced that they will go on strike. How will this affect your delivery?
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE CANADA):
Packages will be processed as usual, they are already shipped with other couriers.
Lettermail orders all go through Canada Post. We will keep them in the queue so they are ready to ship when the strike resolves. There will be delays, we appreciate your patience.
CANADIAN ORDERS:
Packages are being processed as usual and shipped with couriers such as UPS, Purolator, ICS etc. We have not seen significant delays with couriers.
For P.O. boxes and rural areas unfortunately Canada Post is the only option. We will keep the order on hold until the strike resolves so they are ready to ship. There will be delays, we appreciate your patience.
